Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Each Rahul Mishra creation is a testament to exceptional craftsmanship - meticulously handcrafted and intricately hand-embroidered by our artisans. As most pieces are made-to-order, reflecting a bespoke approach to design, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges on garments or accessories once an order has been confirmed.

In the rare event of a concern, we invite you to reach out to our Client Relations team. Every request will be carefully reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be extended at our discretion, in keeping with our commitment to service excellence.

Shipping & Delivery

Within India
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders across India. Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched with the utmost attention to detail.

International Shipping
We ship globally to a wide range of destinations, ensuring your Rahul Mishra creation reaches you wherever you are in the world. All international orders are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. As such, the prices reflected on our website do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.

Duties & Taxes

For India
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

For International Orders
Duties, taxes, and any additional import charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges, if applicable, will be collected by the shipping partner at the time of delivery.

In the event that a shipment is refused or not accepted due to non-payment of applicable duties and taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment & Delivery

Payment

All transactions are processed against the price displayed at the time of purchase, or as personally confirmed by our sales representative for bespoke and customised creations.

For security purposes, we may request additional documentation to verify the ownership of the payment method used. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until such verification is completed.Payments are facilitated through select third-party providers. Any issues relating to authorisation, transaction limits, or processing remain the responsibility of the respective financial institution or platform.

Delivery

Each order is prepared and dispatched within the estimated timeframe indicated at purchase. Timelines are indicative and may vary. Delays may arise owing to payment verification, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected. 

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to complete delivery. Shipments returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details will not be eligible for refund.
